Sentencing Reversed Due to Insufficient Factual Basis
US v. Robinson, Case Number: 02-5040 (12/02/04). Defendant's drug conviction is affirmed, however, the sentence is vacated where the district court's factual findings are insufficient to sustain defendant's sentence.
